My name is Max,

I started Solve because I know firsthand how transformative focusing on health and fitness can be, not just for your body, but for everything in your life.

Through years of learning, training, and plenty of trial and error, I’ve lost over 23kg and completely transformed how I feel about myself. Better energy, better sleep, and a confidence I never thought I’d have.

The cards are stacked against us in the modern world. We evolved for a world that no longer exists. Our lives are more sedentary, our food more processed, and genuine connection increasingly rare. We’re designed to move all day, but now we sit at desks. We’re wired to crave high-energy foods when they’re scarce, but now they’re everywhere. Meanwhile, the fitness industry promotes quick fixes and Instagram-worthy transformations that often fail in real life.

That’s not what Solve is about.

What is Solve Health & Fitness?

Solve is a coaching service based at GFitness Freshwater that helps you take control of your training, nutrition, and health with direct, practical coaching.

We work with busy, capable people who want to improve their health, strength, and body composition but don’t have time for trial-and-error.

Absolutely. Many of our clients start with little to no gym experience. We meet you where you’re at, build your confidence with the fundamentals, and progress at your pace.
Yes. Max is a nationally recognised nutritionist and provides practical, lifestyle-based nutrition coaching. The approach is tailored to your goals, schedule, and preferences — whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, or simply building healthier habits that last.
You’ll get a personalised training and nutrition plan, delivered through our coaching app. We track your progress, make adjustments to the plan as you go, and provide essential feedback through regular check-ins.
We recommend a minimum of 2 x 45-minute sessions per week to see real progress, but we’ll design a plan around your schedule. Even one coached session per week, combined with one session on your own, can make a big difference.
